8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer:

  • Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Syncyra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syncyra and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Dallas, Texas.
